PhoneSell Pro
Sell phones on installment — overdue phones lock themselves, a bKash payment unlocks them.
PhoneSell Pro is a white-label platform for mobile phone shops in Bangladesh that sell on EMI. An Android agent on each financed phone lets the shop lock it remotely when an installment is overdue, and a verified bKash payment unlocks it automatically. Around the locker sits the whole shop — POS, IMEI-serialized stock, repair, double-entry accounting, HR, a dealer network and 89 reports — in one system.
Installment sales, without the risk.
Selling phones on installment is how most shops in Bangladesh grow — and how many of them lose money. Once the customer walks out, the shop has little leverage when payments stop, and the paperwork lives in notebooks.
PhoneSell Pro puts the leverage back. At sale, the phone is enrolled as a managed device with a finance contract, guarantors and an installment schedule. When a due date passes, a safety-first chain runs — verify, grace period, retry, wait for the phone to confirm — before a kiosk lock screen shows the customer why. A transient outage or a duplicate webhook can never lock a phone by mistake.
Every device carries three separate statuses — finance, management and security — and every lock control is labelled honestly (supported, OEM-dependent, Android-version-dependent) instead of claiming it cannot be bypassed. The same platform then runs the rest of the shop, with accounting posted on append-only, idempotent ledgers.

Why phone shops need their own software.
The thinking behind PhoneSell Pro — where generic POS and notebooks fall short for EMI phone retail.
EMI drives the volume
Most buyers cannot pay a smartphone price at once. Shops that offer installments sell more, but carry the credit risk themselves.
Defaults need leverage
Without a way to restrict the financed device, collection depends on phone calls and visits. A lock tied to the schedule changes the conversation.
Every phone is unique
Stock, warranty, repair and blacklist all hinge on the IMEI. Generic inventory counts units; a phone shop needs every serial tracked from purchase to sale.
Sales run through dealers
Phone retail in Bangladesh flows through distributors and resellers. Commission, credit and wallets need to be in the same system as the sale.
