A feed formula is priced from live raw-material costs; a production batch consumes stock and produces finished feed with its own cost per kg; that feed is sold or issued to a farm batch, which adds chicks, medicine, vaccine, labour and power until it is sold. At close, the system shows FCR, mortality, cost per bird and per kg, and net profit for that batch.
Every purchase, sale, production run and expense posts a double-entry voucher automatically (the same accounting approach proven in Business Keeper and Water King ERP), and every entry lands in a cost centre — feed mill, broiler farm, layer farm, pond — so management can see which part of the business earns and which one bleeds.
