The Self-Drive Rental Platform is an end-to-end car-rental management system built for AIA Ventures Limited. On the front, a customer registers through the portal and is approved from a self-registration queue, tops up a wallet, requests a car for their dates, has the refundable security deposit held, confirms handover with a delivery OTP, and drives away — with any trip charges settled to an invoice on return. Behind it runs the entire operation: booking approvals, per-vehicle daily/hourly/km pricing, duration discount tiers, cancellation policy, wallet and deposit ledgers, invoicing and self-drive reports — built on the Autonemo VMS Pro fleet stack, so every rented car is also a live, tracked, managed asset.

Renting a car to a stranger is a business of trust and money: is this renter approved, is the deposit held, who pays for the scratch, where is the car right now, and did this vehicle actually make money this month? Most self-drive operators answer those questions with a notebook, a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet — and lose money in the gaps. This platform closes every gap by putting bookings, wallets, deposits, settlement and the fleet in a single connected system.
A customer registers through the portal and is approved from a self-registration queue before they can book. Money runs through a per-customer wallet — top-ups, refunds, adjustments and full reversals — and the refundable security deposit is held against the booking and released back through that same wallet ledger. Handover and return are each confirmed with a delivery and return OTP, so no one disputes who had the car and when.
Because it's built on Autonemo VMS Pro, the customer can follow the rented car on a live map from their own portal. Cancellations follow an hours-before-start policy with editable fee slabs and automatic wallet refunds, trip charges are closed into a proper invoice, and self-drive reports roll up trips, wallet activity and revenue — so the operator sees utilisation and earnings across the fleet at a glance.
