Smarter Waste Collection
From waste today, clean energy tomorrow.
A proposal deck built on Autonemo VMS for Impact Energy Global Ltd and Chattogram City Corporation — one platform to run the entire waste operation and set the stage for Waste-to-Energy. Today the fleet, the bins, the fuel and the billing all live in separate registers: nobody can see, in one place, which trucks are on route, which bins were missed, where fuel is leaking or which invoices are overdue. This solution folds all of it into a single real-time system — integrated vehicle, waste, bin and financial management — where every collection is scanned, synced and visible on a live map, and every rupee of fuel and revenue is accounted for.
Fleet, bins and finance, all in silos.
Municipal waste collection runs on disconnected systems. Trucks move without live tracking, so missed and delayed collections only surface as complaints. Bins have no identity — no way to know which was emptied, which overflowed, or when it was last inspected. Fuel is bought on trust with no consumption trail, and billing sits in a separate ledger where overdue invoices quietly pile up. Leadership has no single view of what is actually happening on the ground.
Autonemo VMS unifies the operation. Every truck is GPS-tracked on a live map; every bin carries a dynamic QR code that a driver scans on collection and an inspector scans on audit; fuel and refueling are monitored with anomaly alerts; and an accounts module runs customers, invoices, payments and overdues. The admin dashboard rolls it all up — vehicles on route, bins collected vs. missed, fuel efficiency, recent alerts — while an EV fleet handles door-to-door pickup in narrow streets. The endpoint is Waste-to-Energy: cleaner streets today, renewable energy tomorrow.

Whether it's a city corporation, a private hauler or a Waste-to-Energy operator — one dashboard for trucks, bins, fuel and billing is the pattern. Let's talk about where it fits.
